Courtyard House holiday accommodation, Kelso

Courtyard House was renovated in 2008 and is graded by the Scottish Tourist Board, VistScotland as 4 star and is already well received for quality self catering in Kelso.

It has been specifically designed for holiday accommodation sleeping 6 people. The house has 3 twin bedrooms (2 of which can be made into super king beds), all the bedrooms are en-suite, two of which have baths with showers above, and the third bedroom has a shower cubical.

Down stairs a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom leads to a comfortable living room with gas stove and T.V, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs to the three en-suite bedrooms.

The house has been tastefully renovated to include modern features such as large baths and showerheads, whilst preserving many of the original features such as the fireplaces in the bedrooms and stonework.

Although Courtyard House is an attached wing of the farm house, it is set in it’s own private lawn garden and surrounded by rhododendrons & trees. It also has spacious private parking reached by a winding driveway.
T.V. - DVD player - CD player - Dishwasher - Washer/dryer - Fridge freezer - Hair dryer in every bedroom.

Courtyard House is non-smoking, dogs are not allowed in the house, but welcome in the grounds. A cot is available for hire for £15 per stay, with linen and a blanket.
